Our retreats are different. We aim to bridge the gap between adult wellness retreats and family vacations, with activities tailored for baby & parent and adults only classes. With baby-friendly schedules and childcare available, you can relax and let us take care of you.

Day 1

  • Late morning / Early Afternoon

    • Arrival & settling in (nap-friendly, no rigid arrival times)

    • Light lunch buffet available across a long window (to accommodate feeds)

  • Afternoon

    • Welcome Circle (Parents + Babies): introductions, 

    • Parent Session: Grounding breathwork & stretch

    • Baby Session: baby massage

  • Evening

    • Nutritious early dinner 

    • Evening expert-led session

    • Optional: candlelit relaxation yoga and meditation for parents (babies with on-site childcare).

Day 2

  • Morning

    • Sunrise guided breathwork + stretch

    • Nourishing breakfast

    • Parallel Sessions:

      • Parent yoga / mindfulness

      • Baby sensory

  • Midday

    • Lunch + free time

    • Expert Workshop

  • Afternoon

    • Bonding Activity: Baby yoga & massage

    • Adult cooking class: butchery & BBQ

  • Evening

    • Nutritious early dinner 

    • Fireside circle: parent reflections & experiences (babies welcome in arms/slings).

    • Optional: candlelit relaxation yoga and meditation for parents (babies with on-site childcare).

Day 3

  • Morning

    • Gentle family yoga session (parents + babies).

    • Nourishing breakfast

    • Parent & baby workshop

  • Midday

    • Closing circle 

    • Farewell lunch (with flexible timing for travel).

At MoMiMa's, we specialize in retreats tailored for parents with babies under the age of one. We are more than just a wellness retreat, we are a nurturing sanctuary for families to recharge, learn and connect.


 

Our vision is to provide a vibrant and supportive atmosphere where parents can engage in wellness activities, enjoy nutritious meals, learn new baby or non-baby related skills and connect with other parents, all while keeping their little ones close by. We pride ourselves on having parents & babies at the heart of everything we do. MoMiMa's retreats are designed by parents, for parents.

Our Founder Zoe

MoMiMa's Parent + Baby Retreats was created while Zoe was on maternity leave, yearning to go on a yoga retreat but found there was nothing geared up to bringing a baby or incorporating it with precious family time. That summer MoMiMa's was born, with the aim of providing a balance of baby activities with parent only activities, offering nutritious food and moments to connect with other parents. The aim is for parents to leave a MoMiMa's retreat feeling rejuvenated, calmer, closer to their sense of self and having filled their social cup.

Zoe is a yoga teacher and breathwork coach passionate about helping mums, who give so much of themselves to their babies, find moments of calm and connect back to their sense of self through movement and breathwork.

In her day job, Zoe works at The LEGO Group, where she has the amazing job of helping create new LEGO play products and experiences for kids and adults around the world!​​​
